# Studio Overview: On-Demand Fashion Photoshoot Generator

> Generate a complete five-pose photoshoot for any single product on demand — ideal for new arrivals, samples, and testing before batch production.

Studio is the fastest way to turn a front and back product photo into a complete five-pose fashion photoshoot. You upload your references, Gemini Vision analyzes the garment, builds a Product Identity Profile and a Creative Direction Profile, then GPT Image 2 generates five industry-standard poses — all in a single browser session without any manual prompt writing.

## When to use Studio vs. Catalog Planning

Both modes produce the same five-pose output, but they serve different workflows.

| Scenario                                        | Recommended mode     |
| ----------------------------------------------- | -------------------- |
| Single new arrival — need images today | **Studio** |
| Exploring a garment category for the first time | **Studio** |
| Prototyping poses before committing to a batch | **Studio** |
| Three or more colourways of the same style | **Catalog Planning** |
| Scheduled overnight batch run | **Catalog Planning** |
| Full production workflow with 13 stages | **Catalog Planning** |

Use Studio when speed and immediate feedback matter. Switch to Catalog Planning when you have multiple colourways to process together or need the full intake-to-listing workflow.

## The Studio workflow

Studio moves through four stages in order:

<Steps>
  <Step title="Upload product references">
    Add your front and back product images. Fabric/pattern detail, additional product photos, and up to three style references are optional. You can also lock a specific model face.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Gemini analyzes your references">
    As soon as both required images are present, Gemini automatically starts analysis in the background. It produces a Product Identity Profile and a Creative Direction Profile without any manual trigger.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review and edit the pose plan">
    Gemini creates a five-pose plan tailored to your garment. You can edit the generation direction for any pose and click **Improve Pose Plan** to regenerate the whole plan with a fresh Gemini call.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Configure output settings and generate">
    Adjust aspect ratio, quality, model identity, and background style. Click **Generate** to queue the photoshoot. Studio resets immediately so you can start your next product while the shoot processes.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## The consistency anchor

Pose 1 — **Full Front Product View** — is always generated first. Once Pose 1 is complete, it becomes the visual anchor for Poses 2–5: the same model face, hair, lighting, and scene are locked in for every subsequent frame. Your uploaded front and back product references always remain the highest-priority source of truth; the anchor ensures the model's identity stays consistent across the set.

<Note>
  If you regenerate Pose 1 from History, the model's face may change. Regenerate Poses 2–5 afterward to keep every image showing the same person.
</Note>

## Supported garment categories

Select the category that most closely matches your product before uploading references — Gemini uses it to tune the pose plan and fabric fidelity rules.

| Category         | Examples                                |
| ---------------- | --------------------------------------- |
| Ethnic / fusion  | Kurtis, salwar suits, indo-western sets |
| Saree | All saree drapes and styles |
| Western / casual | Tops, jeans, casual dresses |
| Dress            | Formal and semi-formal dresses          |
