The Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of your organization’s generation activity over the last 14 days. It surfaces live generation health, output volume, provider token telemetry, and authoritative cost data so you can understand production pace and spending without diving into individual jobs. Access to the Dashboard requires the Analytics permission. Admins always have access. If the Dashboard item does not appear in your sidebar, ask your Admin to grant you analytics access.
If you don’t see the Dashboard item in the sidebar, contact your Admin to enable analytics access for your account.

Metrics overview

The Dashboard displays three headline figures at the top of the page, each covering the full 14-day window:

Generations

Total generation jobs started across Studio and Catalog Planning during the period.

Provider Tokens

Total tokens reported by image generation responses — input text, input image, and output tokens combined.

Generation Cost

Actual USD cost calculated from provider-reported token counts using public GPT Image 2 rates. The source is labeled as either OpenAI Admin API actual or Provider-response actual depending on whether your organization has an OpenAI Admin key configured.
Actual cost is only shown when OpenAI reports usage data for the generation. If usage is not reported, the dashboard notes this and does not display a fabricated cost. The estimate shown separately is always visible.

Bar charts

Below the headline figures, four bar charts break down activity day-by-day. Each chart has one bar per calendar day for the last 14 days. Hover over any bar to see the exact value for that day.

Catalog snapshot

The catalog snapshot strip shows five live counters for your organization’s Catalog Planning state: If any catalogs are actively generating, the widget highlights how many are running. When the queue is clear, it shows how many drafts are waiting to be scheduled and provides a direct link to open Planning.

Recent generation activity

The Generation activity table lists the most recent jobs across your entire organization, loaded in real time. Each row shows:
  • A status chip with color and icon indicating the job’s current state
  • The SKU ID in monospace — the product identifier sent at generation time
  • The SKU name (or pose count if no name was set)
  • A relative timestamp such as 2h ago or 3d ago
Click View history at the top-right of the table to open the full History page with all filters available.

Job statuses

Completed

All five poses are stored. Shown in green.

Processing

At least one pose is currently generating. The status icon spins. Shown in blue.

Queued

The job is waiting for a generation worker. Shown in yellow.

Failed

Generation ended with an error on at least one pose. Shown in red.

Quick actions

The Quick actions panel in the bottom-right of the Dashboard gives you one-click navigation to the four most common destinations:
  • Open planning — jump to Catalog Planning
  • New generation — go directly to Studio to start a shoot
  • History — browse your full generation archive
  • Events — open the Events Intelligence roadmap

Live generation monitor

The Generating now card shows the SKU currently being processed, a progress bar, the number of images stored so far, and a count of any poses that failed. When the queue is empty, the card displays “Queue is clear” and waits for the next Studio job to appear.
